Athletes Charitable at the Superbowl

Athletes Charitable made its Super Bowl debut earlier this month to spread awareness of its goal of helping athletes make a philanthropic impact off the field. Vice President of Operations and former NFL player, Hannibal Navies, and Strategic Member Advisor, Karrie Crocker, attended several pre-game events promoting the Athletes Charitable mission of empowering athletes to make a positive impact on the world through social entrepreneurship.

The team attended the NFL Legends Business Networking event which allowed for many networking opportunities and the chance to spread awareness of the important work we are doing for Athletes. Navies also participated in several NFLPA events including the Pitch Day Program, VIP party, and Networking Receptions and Business Showcase. Crocker, along with member Diamond DeShields, and United Charitable’s CEO, Julia Healey, also attended the esteemed Sports Power Brunch, led by LPS Consulting PR’s CEO and Founder, LaTonya Story, to celebrate the most powerful women in sports. Other appearances included Off the Field NFL Wives association 22nd Annual Charity Show and other VIP events.
